We work with local building companies, colleges and our Trusted Trade network across Bromley and the surrounding areas to help aspiring tradespeople take their first steps into the construction industry.

Our aim is to:

• Help individuals understand the apprenticeship process.

• Provide guidance on preparing CVs and applications.

• Connect candidates with local employers looking to recruit apprentices or trainees.

• Introduce young people to Trusted Trade companies within our network.

• Promote work experience opportunities where available.

• Encourage local construction businesses to invest in the next generation.

While we cannot guarantee an apprenticeship or job, we actively work to introduce suitable candidates to employers and create opportunities wherever possible.
