Supporting the next generation of skilled bromley tradespeople
Starting a career in construction can be challenging. Many people are eager to learn a trade but struggle to find an employer willing to take them on as an apprentice or provide valuable work experience.
HomeHelp Build CIC is committed to helping bridge that gap.
We work with local building companies, colleges and our Trusted Trade network across Bromley and the surrounding areas to help aspiring tradespeople take their first steps into the construction industry.
Our aim is to:
-
Help individuals understand the apprenticeship process.
-
Provide guidance on preparing CVs and applications.
-
Connect candidates with local employers looking to recruit apprentices or trainees.
-
Introduce young people to Trusted Trade companies within our network.
-
Promote work experience opportunities where available.
-
Encourage local construction businesses to invest in the next generation.
While we cannot guarantee an apprenticeship or job, we actively work to introduce suitable candidates to employers and create opportunities wherever possible.
Every successful match helps strengthen our local construction industry and gives someone the chance to build a rewarding career.
Building Futures Together
We believe local businesses have the power to change lives by investing in local talent.
By encouraging more companies to offer apprenticeships, work experience and mentoring, we can help address skills shortages while creating brighter futures for young people across Bromley and the surrounding areas.
If you're looking to start a career in construction or you're an employer interested in taking on an apprentice, we'd love to hear from you. Together, we can build stronger careers and stronger communities.
